Review Detail

Spent a relaxing 5 days in a back-in site. I arrived LATE at night and tried the Lompoc and Solvang gates. Bother were closed. I had no problems getting in through the main gate - no inspection requested. The night camp hosts were very friendly and set me up for the night. The next morning, I was ab to pay and get the site for 5 nights without a reservation. I got lucky. But I would have been fine in overflow. For the next few days, I checked out the other remote campgrounds on base. It was fun getting around on an Ebike. Not much traffic driving around. I missed a night launch in the 16th. I heard it, but I wasn't on base yet. Facilities are showing their age and need some improvement, but are kept fairly clean. I had to go to the Exchange and buy a 50amp to 30amp adapter. But the 20amp worked fine also.
