Why is this RV park so deplorable? The grass has been replaced with foxtails, the bathrooms and showere are infrequently cleaned, thelaundry room has a stale smell, part time help at the front office, no landscape maintainance - all volunteers. The rest of the base sparkels including the grass. WHY?
