Excellent facility. Great location. Surroundings were rustic(tucked into a wooded corner of the base). Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Easy in and out. All the conveniences of home. LRAFB is definitely a city within a city. Personnel are friendly and helpful. ALL sites are full hook-up. Only problem someone might consider is the flight line noise. Four C130 squadrons and repairs and testing often go on around the clock. I loved it. We slept like a rock!
