It is a good place to stay with the commissary and exchange nearby. I love to walk and there seems to be plenty of places on base and off for that activity. The laundry room, bathrooms and showers and very clean. Laundry is only $1 for wash and $1 to dry. There is a dog wash that I did not need to use since it's warm during the day and I can wash him outside. The downside I find is the noise of those ridiculous vehicles the young airmen drive at 4:30 in the morning. I have to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. Prices have gone up too. It states that the cost is $3475 for the 5 months, but it was $3750. There is a sign on the laundry room saying the prices will go up to $27/night this month (November). It still seems to be a reasonable deal. This is my first winter in Tucson and, so far, it seems pretty nice.
