last month i had reservations at lemoore. when i got there (on a weekend) there was a squater on my space. i took an empty space, figuring to get it all straightened out on monday morning. turned out the empty space was reserved by a lt. commander (really nice fellow) we played musical spaces all weekend. finally monday morning came and crystal, the manager, came in. she found the guy on my space was a squater and tossed him off base. things went well afterwards. we talked to her about appointing a camp host to take charge when she was on her days off. they had a meeting and viola! they now have a full time host.

we need to write to MWR on all the bases that use MWR to run the parks and request they do the same. it costs them very little, most retired folks will do it for the space rent and utilities (i would)and it really goes a long way to setling problems.

cudos for lemoore for doing it, and lets hope our dollar buys us a sympathetic ear with MWR.
