Rates have gone up more than 50% since 2022 when we were here last. From $22/night, to $35/night. This is just a place to park with full hookups but nothing more. Everything is run down, old, and no amenities, other than location is good. Several years ago they had WiFi, but no longer. They once had a very nice trailer with 5 shower/bathrooms and a Laundry. Now just 2 showers and 1 washer and...
