This is a really great, spacious campground easily maneuverable for even large motor homes (we have a 45 foot, towing). The spaces are large and paved, some water hookups are close to the ground but not difficult to hook up to. The road in is in good condition, others have noted potholes but apparently they’ve been repaired. We chose to come in on rt 76 vs rt 262 since it is a more commercial road without low hanging trees...

What a hidden gem this place is. Easy access from I-95 and onto the base. Some barriers to go around but nothing to hinder even a 45' RV with a tow car. Level pull-thru site with water and 50 amp service. Dump station adjacent to the park. This is a very quiet base with no amenities but a great location for visiting the Richmond or Petersburg area.
