It is really run down, unmowed, standing water, potholes and LOTS of rules and signs posted everywhere. Two signs in the tiny bathroom stalls...
We stayed 3 weeks in our travel trailer. The site was level, utilities worked fine. The showers and laundry were pretty dirty and in need of deep cleaning and drain unclogging. We pulled in at 1830 without a reservation, really nice camp host gave us the choice of the two remaning empty spots. the sites are concrete and level. there is a dog "walk" that is grassy- nice but not an off leash area. it's a holiday weekend, lots of dogs, kids playing, very lively but perfectly quiet at night. except for the road noise as mentioned, that didn't bother us, we're city folks.
