Ocean Pines is a great park; it's friendly, very clean, spaces are well maintained. It's close to NAS Oceana, so it comes with a daily air show. The laundry and bath house facility is up to date and clean. It is pet friendly and family friendly. My only complaint is that some people don't obey the posted speed limit signs. There are a total of 6 signs indicating the speed limit of 5 mph. Many campers drive way too...
