USAFA famcamp is being mismanaged. There are signs telling the user (Us) to help out and clean up. Interesting how there are 30-40 of us RV’rs paying $590 a month (winter rates) you’d think they could find someone to clean the bathrooms for 3-4 hrs a day for 15/hr!!!! Kinda makes you wonder why we pay fees to use the facilities since they are NON-Appropriated funds which keeps it open! Also, mis-management doesn’t like it if you are connected...

Can’t beat 10/night(winter), lotsa open space nearby Sounds of freedom happen- choppers Huge lots Dinning facility on base VERY good and VERY reasonable, so surcharge Very close to exchange/commissary Wyoming is cold and can be windy, bring extra bottles of propane and space heaters! Ok. Here's the scoop. Camping is free. There's 15A (110 volt) service only at the pads that have E. Call the chief warrant officer at 402-309-7267 m-f 8a to 3p Central time for free limited hook ups (110v and water) you can't stay hooked up unless you get permission, but hey, if you have a splitter and a long hose..it's not like you are keeping others from water! I'm just sayin. He will email you a "packet" of information...
