Close to DC $$ clean, family friendly, large sites, great bathhouse, wifi not good. Surprised, but this is our first stay at a military camp where we never heard morning or evening colors? Easy on and off base. Would stay here again. Site #48 was muddy due to a leaking faucet that had been leaking for sometime. 

Great location, large clean sites. Site #21 Would stay here again. WIFI is non-existent.. Cell phone reception was no better.

THE good: Water, Electricity, sewer, very clean bath house, WiFi that seems to timeout frequently, concrete pad with table.  THE bad: No cable, wet and mushy, no fire pits, fire aunts, attack raccoons, bitting sand fleas, no appeal, no beach, all amenities - playground parks, beaches, restaurants are a 15 minute commute. Please don't misinterpret my review. DW and I love the area and think of Beaufort as home. With all the construction on PI, I would believe an...
