I have probably tent camped at 8-10 Famcamps this year and this was by far the worst. The tent area was removed from the RV area and was an empty, muddy, mosquito infested, area with un-mowed knee high weed vegetation that was way past primitive. I motorcycle tent camp. Called and was told this FamCamp does not allow tent camping. Ridiculous policy, but given the Fire Ant reviews perhaps not so ridiculous.

More of a long term trailer park than vacation campground. Several permanent residents were very territorial an made us feel as though we were encroaching on their property. Nice facility and fellow travelers were friendly.
