This is the most expensive Fam Camp we have stayed at outside of California. The site operations is very lacking! No one answers the phone or returns calls, They say they have WiFi but no info on how to log in. No one at the Fam Camp to meet us when we arrived. The address on the web page is incorrect. Tried for 3 days to get someone to answer the phone. No Joy. Finally called the main number at Stewart and spoke to a lady who said the Supervisor Susan would call me back. After another day and no call I called back again and spoke to Susan. She gave me 3 or 4 excuses why the phone was always busy or no one answered. Great facility, great Staff, Awesome location and amenities. Our first time there, but we will visit on every trip to Florida in the future. Rates were very reasonable for the services provided. Thanks Destin Family and Ft Benning.
