Our family has stayed at Sea Mist many times and have enjoyed the location and staff. We noticed this visit that the facility is in disrepair. Showers are in back shape, many trees (which are dead and perhaps “widow makers”) need to be removed. Floors in main facility are rotten in the bathrooms and building should be condemned or repaired.

This is one of the worst RV locations I have encountered in a long time. The sites are not big rig friendly, RV sites flood when it rains, and for the number of sites the restroom facilities are inadequate. One male and one female facility for more than 30 sites. Sites as of 6/19/17 were 14 foot wide and maybe 22 foot long. Facility only useful for bumper type campers less than 25 foot long.

We just completed 10 days camping at the new facility. The facility was very nice and well layed out for big rigs. The downside was poor maintenance of restrooms and showers. Dirty most days and lack of paper products. The water pressure very low in showers. Staff friendly and helpful. Maybe the bathroom issues were doing in part to the new facility? I would go back.

The campground is very noisey, there are no facilities (pool, club etc) near by. The sites are very large but that is all that it has going for it. I would rate this site as an overall "1"
