Hulburt had a nice Famcamp until someone got the bright idea of moving it. It is now in an open field in town off base in an unsecured area. This is a good overnight stop but the new area which is where they insist you park is just a gravel parking lot with hookups. No trees, no shade and no WiFi at all. When we asked the ederly lady that runs the office when it might be repaired she told us she didn't know anything about it. When checking in she was more interested in watching her game show on tv than helping us. I would not recommend this...

The trash cans at this campground were not emptied for the three days and were overflowing onto the ground. The sites had pine needles at least a foot deep and appeared to be untouched for months. The rest rooms were clean but had no paper towels in them. The water hookups are on the wrong side of the site and ours was leaking underground making our site a swamp.
