All but five of the sites are now permanent residence. They keep five open for travelers. It is first come first served. The location is in nowhere. It is a stop over if you need a place to stay. Sites are very tight, and permanent site are basically a mess. A couple of even have washers and dryers on the sites. Toys, bikes, and junk on sites.
