30- and 50-amp FHU concrete back-in pad; undulating gravel roads w/potholes. The site was long enough for the 44’ coach but the TOAD needed to be parked on the grass perpendicular to the coach. The pad was wide enough on the passenger side to not have to walk on the grass, but not wide enough on the utility side. There is ample room between sites (not cramped). First thing first: for $25/night on a 30- and 50-amp FHU concrete pad in a secure location you simply can’t go wrong, but there are some drawbacks. The site was long enough for our 44’ coach and TOAD, but not wide enough from having to walk on the wet grass and/or mud on either side after it rains; 6-feet wider would have made a world of difference!
