This is a very nice facility with lots of things to do, lots of fun toys to rent, and a great and very helpful staff. We had a minor power issue while there and within 20 minutes staff was knocking at our door just to make sure it was resolved. This is one of the nicest military facilities we have found on our travels and one of the best deals around at only $435/mo FHU. This is a wonderful facility with full hookups and flat, level sites. The restroom/bath house was clean and well-maintained. The FamCamp staff was very nice and helpful. The base is close to nearly any store or service you might need within a few miles of the main gate. Both the commissary and the BX are large and well-stocked. We stayed for a week at Peregrine Pines FamCamp in early October this year and had a great time. The Academy has a gate, but security does not require registration, and access is described as "Open." So, I just presented my "Service Connected" VHIC at the gate and was granted access for me, my wife, and our 39' diesel-pusher pulling a Jeep. We then drove directly to the FamCamp. FE Warren Crow Creek FamCamp is a wonderful facility that I would highly recommend. The facility and restrooms/bathhouse/laundry are clean and in good repair. The staff is super friendly and was extremely accommodating to us when due to a personal emergency we had to delay our arrival date by nearly a week. They just rescheduled us without penalty. Eagle Hammock is a really nice facility! The staff was great. The facilities were super clean. We had a lakefront pull-through that looked to be nearly brand new. And although the lakefront pull-throughs are super nice and certainly first-class, we feel like next time we might prefer one of the lakefront back-ins because they seem to have much better protection from the afternoon sun.
