We stopped in just for two nights as we were transiting south. Our experience was nothing but fantastic. Easy access to and from route 295 and through the base to the camp ground. We managed to take care of several admin issues while there in a short period of time including base stickers and ID cards. Base personnel were helpful and courteous. The PX/Commissary is located off base and not really in walking distance, but at least we had access to one. Overall, a fantastic place we will be staying at again.
