I've heard that there are a few VFW posts out there that have campgrounds associated with them. But everywhere I look, people say there isn't a listing. Has anyone on here stayed at one before and can you give some general information. Maybe we can come up with our own list. Thanks.

I ordered a booklet several years ago called OVERNIGHT PARKING WITH THE VFW put out by www.gypsyjournal.net . Mine is dated 2004 so it may be out of date.

I did a search and came up with a few but no overall listing of campgrounds. If you do a search in areas you plan to visit you might have more luck finding some. I posted a link last year to American Legion campgrounds its in one of the other topic areas.

There was 1 in buena vista colo, a couple of others east of miss river.
