We tent camped here for 1 night. The good: staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was generally attractive. The bathhouse was nice and clean. The not so great: the tent camping area was poorly maintained as there was broken glass throughout our site. Tent sites were poorly marked and somewhat far from the restroons/showers. Would I stay again? Maybe, but with lower expectations.
With our access pass, we paid only $6 a night! The lowest price we've ever paid. Wish there was sewer BUT the camp host tells you that you can run your grey water on the ground. Camp host was a very friendly person. We were only there for one night so we didn't go on post - didn't even really know where it was. There were LOTS of magazines and books in the recreation/laundry room. Two washers and dryers that are free. We got several stations with TV antenna but Verizon strength is weak which causes dropped cellphone calls and slow laptop. Campground was fairly empty when we were there and VERY quiet. It's heavily wooded and every sound seems to echo but it was very quiet.
