On our first visit to the NS Mayport RV Parks @ Pelican Roost and Osprey Cove, we were immediately impressed by the sense of community displayed by the staff and volunteer workers. We were fortunate to arrive in time to celebrate patron appreciation day and enjoy a catered meal while we learned of MWR efforts to keep the RV spirit alive at Mayport. We chose Osprey for our stay and there we saw the volunteer camp host(s) and maintenance crews active daily in tidying the campground and patron facilities. Their attention to detail in keeping the campground immaculate is unparalleled in our travels. A very special thanks for exceptional work goes to hosts Bill and Sharon Stutler and Bob and Gracie Sexton. If you even hint that something needs repair or replacement, its Johnny's on the spot Keith Lushinsky and Bob Holder to the rescue. All this must of course come from the oversight of Manager Bob Baylis. Bob, whatever you do to motivate these volunteers, keep it up and keep them coming back!
