This FamCamp is in a beautiful setting, and we would definitely return again. The pros: excellent water, sewer, and electrical hookups, satellite accessible (request this when you make a reservation because the FamCamp is in a forested area), good WiFi, nice fitness facilities, nice library, excellent location to visit Colorado Springs area sites, and there is comprehensive recycling on site. The cons: the sites are not real level (bring extra blocks for your jacks and to support your tires), there is a considerable amount of iron in the water supply (be prepared to filter your water), and the trains are quite loud and run often (the tracks are directly behind the rear of the FamCamp).
