Staying at Cliffside RV Park on NAS Whidbey Island was an excellent experience. Site was back-in on a concrete pad with an asphalt pull up in front of each site for a vehicle. Stayed here in a 40' motor coach. Plenty of room for 4 slides to open. Free wifi was just activated and worked fine, which was great because our Verizon card would have cost us roaming charges. Poor cell service; no cable. View of ocean was great; sunsets awesome. Ramon, camp host, make a point of dropping by to welcome us and answer any questions. Good Commissary and Exchange at Sea Plane Base, not far. Jet noise was bearable. After all, it is an active base. The time we spent here was pleasant and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the best military CG experiences that we have had.
