We stayed three weeks in the new section of the Sea Mist RV Park. No shade trees to speak of, but more cooling breezes here than the older section gets. Rated amenities/facilities as 3 star only because we did not use them (they did look clean and well-maintained). The walk to the beach can be a bit of a hike, but wasn't a big issue. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we find ourselves back in the area.
