Good luck getting a spot! It is crazy that they don't take reservations. So go ahead and show up pulling a 35 foot trailer, squeeze into the small parking lot and pray you get a spot. In all fairness, I did call that morning and they said they wouldn't know if they had any openings until 1330. We were arriving at 1330 so there was no need to call them back. I don't understand how you wouldn't know if someone is leaving that day or not? I'm not a happy camper (pun intended, lol) with Fort Bliss!

I agree. A difficult place to end up at the end of a long travel day to find there are no sites available, no overflow camping allowed, and no easy way out of El Paso to find another RV Campground.
