Plusses: Nice to see a nearby fitness center. Well done bathrooms, well maintained. Express and gas station (quick mart a few hundred feet nearby). Lots of space between sites. Big Laundry. Thanks for acknowledging the Golden Access card holders. Minuses: Lots of homesteaders (6 months one told us). Daily RVers should be apart from the "family homesteaders".
