Just spent a week here in May 2012. It is just what I wanted, close to SA attractions,inexpensive and convenient. We did not use the showers or laundry, spoke to the manager once and he is polite and nice enough. No problems with other guest. Clean and very quiet after the sightseeing. Spaces not as large as Sam Houston but no train noise. I will stay here again in the future.
