Great park with concrete pads and modern hook-ups. Lots of things to do in the area and great places to eat in Ventura County. Quiet and comfortable campground, a great place to kick back and relax watching folks playing golf. As new as this park is, I am afraid that there are some maintenance items slipping through the cracks and could turn a really nice park into one needing lots of attention. Things needing improvement: 1. Lawns nicely mowed but planting areas were overrun with weeds growing higher than the landscape material. Round-up badly needed. 2. Almost all the night lights at power boxes inop. 3. No hot water in laundry-turned off due to drainage problem according to sign at washers (good on-base laundramat available however). 4. Dumpsters were allowed to overflow prior to dumping, needs two time per week dumping. 5. Golf ball catch netting torn leaving some rigs vulnerable to slices. Will definitely stay again, but without some maintenance this great park could turn out as ugly as Monterey Pines.
