New part is NICE. I would call at least two weeks ahead and more if poss. If J-130s and choppers don't bother you, you will really like this place. If you just want to get away and see the water, Nice. Internet uptown at Muddy Waters (coffee shop) head to town turn right at light past school stay on that St. it will be on your left(at Main I think)
