Scuttle butt has it that a concern "Gateway" is planning to take over Navy RV sites. Yesterday a meeting in Sigsbee RV Park here in Key West appears to confirm the rumors. Has anyone heard of this elsewhere ? Are we going to see this throughout the Military RV parks? Are we looking to see site rates like Pendelton CA. ? Are we about to lose more of service benefits. It appears as if some of these sites are in such a high profile area where a slow, methodical take over is coming. Privatization for profit at the expense of providing MWR support for the troops and another loss for both Active and retired troops. Would appreciate any feedback on what others have heard or experienced.
