This was our first experience camping on a base - and now we are ready to do it again and again. This location is terrific - close to beaches, base activities and area cities. The exchange and commissary are indeed a few miles from campground - about 5 miles - but the facilities were the best we've ever experienced - left too much money at Exchange. Shady oak trees, concrete pads and full hookups were great! Laundry was super - lots of machines in great condition. We will be back!
