Review Detail

This park used to be jewel of military campgrounds. Have stayed here alot in the past but this will be my last time here. The place is overgrown with tall grass in the camping areas. The restrooms on the Anchor side are disgusting. The manager of the park seems to care more about the disc golf and the civilians that use the golf facilities than the rest of the park or the military personnel that this park is supposed to serve. I am retired navy and feel that the Air Force should take over care of this facility or sell it to the state of Florida to preserve it. There is little or no security here and the camp hosts are super nice but don't seem to care about enforcing the rules sometimes. The people that work at the registration office are super nice and are one of the only bright spots left at this park.
