Nice park, stayed 4 nights and had to sit in overflow as the park is full of homesteaders. Many have been here for the three years we have been camping on our way to and from Florida. Keesler AFB needs to put a limit on how long folks can stay and force the squatters to move on. Camp host are outstanding and do all they can with what they have to work with. Camp grounds are well kept and the facilities are clean. Not a bad place to stop and rest.

Have been trying to get reservations for over two weeks with out success. Seems Howard went on emergency leave so the Outdoor Recreation folks stop taking reservations, answering the phone, or returning voice messages. Can't believe one person could shut down the whole operation. Still can't get in touch with Howard even though he is back. Guess we will have to camp somewhere else. This operation is a joke!
