This is an AWESOME RV park right on the water. Neat to see big Navy ships off to the left & helicopters flying past. Woody is the gentleman who is the main person manning the phones and desk. The BX/Commissary is off-base. The Roost (rec room) is very comfortable: library, free WiFi, 2 computers for those who don't have laptops, FAX available at 50-cents/page, FREE laundry facility (2 washers, 3 dryers), full kitchen for our use, & the cleanest bathroom & 2 showers w/private dressing area that I've ever seen! Word of advice: get a DoD sticker for your vehicle to eliminate the hassel of showing proof of vehicle registration, insurance, etc. To get this sticker you'll need your vehicle registration certificate, proof of insurance, military ID, & fill out their request form.
