One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at in years. The setting and views are awesome. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only drawback was that the boathouse is closed on Mon & Tues. If you wish to rent a Kyack or canoe those days you are out of luck. Will certainly go back!

Great location and hostess. Add WiFi and it would be 5s across the board. Will certainly come back!

Great Place!! We have come here often and enjoyed each time. HOWEVER, unless you enjoy frustration, I DO NOT recommend signing up for the local commercial wifi. It is expensive (7.95 daily/15.95 weekly) and, in my opinion, very unsat, i.e. 1st day it worked slow but okay; 2nd day it was slow and kept disconnecting (called provider and was told "we know about the problem and a tech will be working on it in morning") 3rd day we couldn't get connected (called provider and was told "the tech is trying to find a connector to accomplish the repair") 4th day it was slow and kept disconnecting. On the 4th day I was told by the provider " it must be BOTH of your computers that are the problem. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Oh by the way, our laptop works fine everywhere else!

A great location to base out of to see and do things in the Salt Lake City area. We arrived 2 days ahead of our reservation but camp host (Howard) was helpful and accomodated us. Sites are close together but not any worse than many other RV parks. Nice facilities on base. Well kept facilities and inexpensive laundry machines. Great value for the cost.

A very nice Famcamp. Friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained grounds and facilities. Very spacious full-hookup sites. Good size pet socialization area. The desert garden along the walking path is a must see, very nice. Enjoyed our stay

Absolutely a top-notch facility. The professional and courteous staff puts this CG a step above many of the other places we have stayed. I disagree with some of the previous reviews that complained about the price. Considering that it is only 8 miles to the "strip", has clean facilities, FREE computer classes four times weekly (they even provide laptops), free wifi, free cooking classes, free weekly ice cream socials, minutes to BX,commissary and Base Theater, 75 cents washers/dryers, and very spacious full-hookup spots. All this for $19. Try taking that $19 out to the local "trailer parks" and see what you get for your money! This is a great park.

A top notch campground. Staff and host were friendly and very helpful. The sites are spacious and level. We were in one of the center sites and had no problem with satellite connectivity. The perimeter sites have shade trees so satellite connection may be tricky. The grounds are well kept and the new facilities are great. The washer and dryers are inexpensive and the free ice is a plus. The commissary and Exchange are very nice. Static display of Museum aircraft is great and worth a couple of hours of your day. We will certainly return. Make sure you come in through the industrial gate (exit 23) which is open 24 hrs.

Excellent campground. No reservations are allowed and because of the Albequerque Balloon Fiesta we had to dry camp for 3 nights before getting into a hook-up site. This was not a problem beacause there are plenty of sites in the overflow area and the restrooms (one shower each) were clean and well maintained. The dog run was nice and there was only one day that the "doggie bag" containers were empty. Staffers Janet and Mike made you feel welcomed and were very helpful and informative. The availabilty of LP gas is a plus. Enjoyed the stay and will certainly return.
