Rode from Seattle to North Las Vegas for the NASCAR Race. Tent camped at Nellis. People were friendly and helpful, and a shuttle was provided to and from the race track.
Stayed in BOQ at Edwards on the way, and BOQ at China Lake on the way back; both excellent facilities.
Next trip will be Seattle to Ft. Walton Beach via WI and IL in late Aug or early Sept. Will leave Ft Walton Beach for Albuquerque NM about Sept 10. Suggestions for routes, military campgrounds, hookups, etc most welcome.

This year the City Council in Hollister decided to bring back the annual ralley for the 4th of July weekend. The ralley this year will be the 5th and 6th. Some of my family members, friends and I will be staying in Gilroy. This will be my first year in attendance, so let's see how this goes.
