Great spot!  I have adopted this as my "summer home" for 30 days out of the year, having spent the past two summers at Peregrine Pines.  Friendly staff, great places to walk every day, and hiking trails on the Academy grounds.  There is so much to do in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas, you can't do it all in 30 days.  Shower facilities, restrooms, and laundry facilities are very well kept and attended to daily.
