Concur with previous reviews stating the sites are not very long. We have a 45' fifth-wheel and we took up most of the pad; had to park tow vehicle elsewhere. Pads are new concrete with new rock put down within the last month. Two dog parks and a couple places to do laundry, some of the machines were down though. $55/night is pretty high for a military RV campground but, the sites proximity to Ventura and the Channel Islands National Park made it worthwhile for us.
