We arrived after the carpet had been rolled up for the season, water secured at sites on 26 OCT; you can get fresh water at the flag pole. Be prepared with a full tank of water, you will only have electricity at the site. This time of year it's cold, we experienced temperatures < 20 degrees on two nights so, be prepared with plenty of propane. The sites are tight within the trees but, the back-ins looked ok for larger rigs. Great value for its great location.
